For one set price, you can book our basic All-Inclusive Party/Event Package for 48 – 96 guests and leave all the leg work to us.
Our Basic All-Inclusive Party/Event Packages Include the following:
*An elegant event hall rental in Vineland, NJ, for 3 – 5 hours.
*Basic Decor Package (tables set up & uplighting included).
*A live DJ for 3 – 5 hours.
*A hot catered buffet meal for 48 – 96 guests.
*Unlimited non-alcoholic beverages for all guests.
The basic Decor Package includes the following:
*Table linens set up on 6 – 12 round banquet tables (polyester).
*Folded napkins set up for 48 – 96 guests.
*Charger plates set up for 48 – 96 guests.
*Table runners set up on 6 – 12 round banquet tables.
*Six polyester table linens set up on food & dessert, and gift tables.
Live DJ provides clients with the following:
*Their own online portal to communicate with DJ, Staff, vendors, and all others involved with the event 24/7. Online Portal includes event planning forms, timelines, a message board, a music request sheet, etc.
*Plasma Screens setup for slideshows, screen saver images, etc. (no audio).
*As a free option: All guests can be given an online link to make their own separate music requests up to three days before your event date.
